At Dovehunting.org, we’re dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every order. Here’s everything you need to know about our return process:
Claims for Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items: If you receive a product that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the product. We’ll cover the cost of any claims deemed to be our error.
Lost Packages: Should a package be lost in transit, please submit a claim no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Submitting a Problem Report: If you or your customers notice any issues with products or the order, please promptly submit a problem report.
Return Address: By default, the return address is set to our facility. Upon receiving a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Please note that unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days.
Insufficient Address: If an insufficient address is provided and the shipment is returned to us, you’ll be responsible for the reshipment costs once we confirm an updated address with you.
Unclaimed Shipments: Shipments that go unclaimed will be returned to our facility, and you will be liable for the cost of reshipment.
Unregistered Accounts: If you haven’t registered an account and added a billing method, any returned orders due to an incorrect shipping address or failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your expense.
Returns of Sealed Goods: We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as face masks, due to health and hygiene reasons. These items will be disposed of if returned.
Returned by Customer: We recommend advising your customers to contact you before returning any products. Returns and size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion.
Refunds for Buyers: Customers regretting a purchase must contact our Customer Service within 7 consecutive days of receiving the item. Refunds are subject to evaluation.
EU Consumers: According to EU consumer rights, returns may not be provided for certain goods. We reserve the right to refuse returns at our discretion.
Governing Language: This policy is governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language.
