1. Photography Tour Leader (Seasonal Position):

Are you a skilled photographer with a deep understanding of dove hunting? Do you thrive in outdoor environments and enjoy sharing your knowledge with others? As our Photography Tour Leader, you’ll play a pivotal role in our unique Dove Hunting Photography Tours.

Responsibilities:

• Lead participants on exciting dove hunting photography tours, combining the thrill of the hunt with capturing stunning visuals.
• Provide expert photography instruction, teaching participants how to capture action shots of doves in flight.
• Scout picturesque hunting locations with scenic backdrops, ideal for capturing breathtaking dove hunting photography.
• Guide participants on camouflage techniques for photographers, ensuring close-up shots while remaining hidden.
• Share post-processing tips and tricks to help participants edit their photos for a professional finish.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all tour participants throughout the experience.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a skilled photographer with a strong understanding of wildlife photography techniques.
• Extensive knowledge of dove hunting practices and dove behavior.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and engage a group.
• A passion for the outdoors and a commitment to ethical hunting practices.
• Strong physical fitness and ability to navigate outdoor terrain comfortably.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (preferred).

2. Customer Service Representative:

Are you a friendly and resourceful individual with a passion for excellent customer service? Do you enjoy providing clear and concise information to others? As our Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media in a timely and courteous manner.
• Provide comprehensive information about our dove hunting guide services, photography tours, dog training workshops, and hunting permit assistance.
• Process customer bookings and reservations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Address customer concerns and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
• Maintain accurate customer records and manage our customer database effectively.
• Promote Dovehunting.org services and programs with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
• Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to exceeding expectations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a working knowledge of CRM software (a plus).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• A positive attitude, a team player mentality, and a passion for the outdoors (preferred).

3. Marketing and Outreach Specialist:

Do you have a creative mind and a passion for digital marketing? Are you skilled at crafting engaging content and reaching new audiences? As our Marketing and Outreach Specialist, you’ll play a key role in promoting Dovehunting.org and expanding our reach.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
• Create engaging content for our website, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns.
• Manage our social media presence, fostering online communities and engaging with followers.
• Analyze marketing data and track campaign performance to optimize results.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and implement them to enhance our online presence.
• Collaborate with other team members to develop effective marketing materials and promotional strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and email marketing best practices.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to create compelling and informative content.
• Proficiency in graphic design software and content management systems (a plus).
• A results-oriented mindset and a passion for innovation.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data effectively.

4. Event Coordinator:

(Organize Memorable Events and Ensure Seamless Operations)

• Are you a detail-oriented individual with a talent for planning and executing flawless events?
• Do you possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously?
• Are you a resourceful problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments?

If you have a knack for making events run smoothly, then our Event Coordinator position might be the perfect opportunity! You’ll be responsible for planning and coordinating various events at Dovehunting.org, including dove hunting workshops, dog training seminars, and industry networking events. Your responsibilities will include:

• Securing venues, catering, and equipment for events.
• Developing event timelines, schedules, and logistics.
• Coordinating with vendors and ensuring all aspects of the event run smoothly.
• Managing event budgets and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
• Following up with attendees after the event to gather feedback and improve future events.
